Brett has a long back ground in Technical Customer support and sales with
many years of experience in a variety of industries. Brett has worked as
a marketing analyst for a global logistics provider, and served honorably
for three years active duty in South Korea as a communications specialist,
as well as three years in the reserves. Brett also does regular volunteer
work with the Midnight Mission Los Angeles by providing computer tutoring
to homeless how to better use computers. Currently, Brett meets with potential
new clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate technology
solutions. As a result, Brett manages many of our key accounts. Please contact

Matt is a very skilled PC repair and PC trouble-shooting technician who
works fulltime in our repair lab. He has many years of practical experience
as a computer technician as well as excellent customer service skills. In
his time here, he has become our “go-to” technician for hardware knowledge
and troubleshooting and also builds most of our computer workstations and
servers. He has excellent Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME and XP trouble-shooting
skills and experience. Matt also handles most of our Data Recovery work. |

Ed has over 20 years of professional IT experience. As our Senior Network
Engineer we turn to Ed for the answers to the most difficult networking

experience with DHCP; DNS; NAT; RAS; WINS; Terminal Services; Exchange Server;

Patrick Vinson - Senior Network Engineer/Programmer
Patrick has been working on NT servers since their introduction by Microsoft,
thus he has an extremely strong experience-based understanding of all Microsoft
server platforms. Patrick has excellent Exchange and Active Directory trouble-shooting
experience and is an expert at recovering crashed systems that others cannot
revive. Patrick has extensive experience with DHCP; DNS; NAT; RAS; WINS;

Carlos Zuniga – Network Engineer
Carlos Zuniga has practical experience as a Windows/UNIX/MAC technician
in the IT industry. He has extensive work experience in installing and troubleshooting
all versions and upgrades of Windows Systems Servers and Workstations, including
Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP. Carlos also has extensive experience with
loading the UNIX/Linux O/S and configuring user and printing profiles on

Richard is CISCO certified and specializes in configuring firewalls, Virtual
